Rules of Procedure
1. Rates start at 14:00 and end at 11:00 on the following day. The extension of the time will imply the addition of 01 (one) daily, but we emphasize the importance of checking availability with the reception, as the apartment may be reserved for another customer.
2. Breakfast is served in the restaurant (ground floor) from 07:00 to 10:00 hours. If requested in the apartment has additional cost, value on request.
3. Payment of the room rates will be made at check-in.
4. No visits will be allowed in the apartments. They must be met at the reception or make registration as guests upon payment and registration in a computerized system.
5. Bills shall be paid immediately upon their submission.
6. Hotel management is not responsible for valuables or valuables left inside cars.
7. The guest is not allowed to park their vehicle in front of the hotel, as these spaces are intended only for boarding and disembarking, as indicated.
8. The Hotel management is not responsible for objects or values left in the fit, as we provide safes in housing units, only responsible for values entrusted to management. For safe use please inquire at reception.
9. In case of excessive dirt in the apartment will be charged a fee of $ 50.00. Any damage caused to bed and bath linen will also be charged according to the type of damage practiced.
10. Objects forgotten in the hotel premises will be stored for 30 (thirty) days.
11. Guests may not enter the hotel, subject to temporary seizure of:
A. Any kind of alcoholic beverage
B. Sound instruments or equipment;
C. Animals;
D. Irons;
E. Food and beverages not provided by the Hotel;
12. It is not allowed to wash or iron clothes in the apartments. The Hotel has laundry, request the service to the governance or reception.
13. It is not allowed to bring towels from the apartments to the beach or pool.
14. It is not allowed to extend clothes on the windows.
15. Any damage caused by the guest to the property of the Hotel shall be compensated by him in accordance with the amount stipulated by management.
16. No use of tanning facilities in the pool. The use of swimming pools and sauna is free, but children under 16 must be accompanied by parents or guardians. In case of student groups, the guide is responsible for ensuring the correct use of the leisure structure, in order to guarantee the right of other guests to enjoy their leisure time.
17. For the benefit of the common good, silence is requested after 22:00 hours. In the event of noise disturbing the peace and well-being of the guests, the Hotel reserves the right to remove the offender (s) from its premises or leave it under the custody of the legal authorities. , if necessary.
18. To avoid waste when leaving the apartment, please keep lights, electrical and hydraulic equipment off.
19. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and indoors inside the establishment. Failure to comply will result in a fine of R $ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) per event.
20. Complaints and suggestions should be immediately sent to Management.
